New Bearing Equipment Will Go Into Production in ZXY
ZXY (Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co.,Ltd) invested RMB 10 Million in introducing some advanced CNC bearing grinding production lines, CNC lathe production lines and heat treatment equipment several months ago. Recently, all equipment has been successfully assembly and expected to go into production soon.
It is reported the new equipment was mainly assembled in Taper Roller Bearing workshop, Turning Workshop and Heat Treatment workshop. Two production lines with 18 CNC lathes for Taper Roller Bearing workshop are worth of RMB 7 Million, accounting for a large share of this invesment. The output of taper roller bearing will hit 600,000 sets when this equipment comes online.
Eight equipment for Turning workshop and one production line for Heat Treatment workshop have been successfully assembly and expected to come into production soon.
Totally 3 production line have been introduced for Heat Treatment workshop this year. The assembly work will be finished at the end of year and the production will be increased by 1/3. automotive bearings ,Clutch Release Bearings ,Thrust Bearing,Wheel Bearings,industrial bearings ,Ball Bearings,Special Bearings,Tensioner bearings
